When you log in, you land on the dashboard (your course list). To start editing, click the course's name.
Exiting a course
Use the Course breadcrumb at the top-left of the editor to step back to the dashboard (or click on the Dashboard icon). It shows your course's name and a back arrow.
Finding and organising courses
Use the status tiles (In Progress, Translating, Translations Complete, Post-Translations Edit, Published), the Folders dropdown, and the search / command palette (⌘K) to filter and find courses.
Sort the list using the Course Name and Last Modified column headers.
Sort the list using the Course State (In Progress, Translating, translations complete, Post-Translations & Published)
Group courses using Folders — organise by client, team, or project. Click the Folders dropdown and manage your folder structure.
Archiving a course
Archiving removes a course from your active list to reduce clutter.
From the dashboard, click the ⋮ (more actions) menu next to a course and select Archive. To archive several at once, tick the checkboxes on the left to select them, then use the archive action at the top of the list.
Unarchiving a course
To restore an archived course:
- Open the Folders dropdown at the top of your course list.
- Select Archived Courses.
- Find the course, click its ⋮ menu, and select Unarchive.
