The Configuration menu (in the editor toolbar) is your hub for all course-level settings. Around two dozen focused sections let you control:
- Core: Course Info, Variables.
- Learner Experience: Header & Background, Buttons & Messages, Course Material, Category Selection, Activities, Scoring, Navigation, Analytics.
- Course Studio: Theming, Typography, Motion, Sound, Custom CSS.
- Admin Panel: Course Operations, Asset Manager, Course History, Flex Upgrade Tool, Notifications.
Core Settings
Course Info
- Course name, stage, description.
- Translation method (Confirm, own vendor, or AI).
Variables
- Define reusable course variables (e.g. company name, user role).
Use variables across slides and activities.
Learner Experience
Header & Background
- Set the course header image and background.
- Choose colours and layout.
Buttons & Messages
- Customize button text and colours.
- Set course messages (e.g. "Welcome", "Thank you").
Course Material
- Global course material text.
- Shown at course start.
Category Selection
- Toggle the category screen on/off.
- Choose layout (tiles, list, etc.).
- Set header text.
Activities
- Configure activity-level settings.
- Set number of attempts per activity type.
- Configure feedback messages.
Scoring
- Enable/disable scoring.
- Set max and min score per question.
- Configure score labels and display.
- Note: Disabling scoring also disables the Results Dashboard.
Navigation
- Control how learners navigate through categories and topics.

- Note: Read-only once a course is published.
