AI Translation services, once turned on and enabled, are requested by your organisation and completed by your project manager.
(Please speak to your representative at Confirm about enabling AI Translations)
How It Works
- Make sure your course content is finalised prior to starting the translation process.
- Navigate to the Translations tab, confirm your languages, and submit your translation request.
- We’ll take care of the rest! Once the AI translations have been completed and applied to your project, you will be notified by a Learning Pool team member.
Run through the steps.
Select 'AI Translations' as your translation method. (NB AI translations are not currently turned on)
Select language to translate from (currently only English US)
Select the languages you want your course to be translated to:
Once you have selected your language, click on the Create Workflow and Extract Content' button and once pressed, it will create the workflow and run the extraction together
You will see 'Poet' starting the 'Translation Workflow'.
Once the workflow is created, you will see a page like this:
If at this point you would like to remove the selected translations, click on 'Remove All Translations', and the AI translation workflow will be deleted

Alternatively, you can edit your choice of languages by clicking on the 'Manage Languages' button
You will be able to add and remove languages to your current selection here
Press Start AI Translations and Confirm will take care of the rest.
This process is very quick, and your project manager can have these for your organisation within hours.
Reviewing translations ✅
Once a course has translations, you can send them out for review using the Translation review workflow in the Course Review Tool
