Translation services are handled end to end by Confirm
How It Works
- Make sure your course content is finalized prior to starting the translations process.
- Navigate to the Translations tab, confirm your languages, and submit your translations request.
- We’ll take care of the rest! Once the translations have been completed and applied to your project, you will be notified by a Learning Pool team member.
This process can take up to 15 business days. During this time, please do not make additional changes to the course.
Run through the steps.
Select 'Confirm' as your translation method.

Select language to translate from (currently only English US)
Select the languages you want your course to be translated to:
Once you have selected your language, click on the Create Workflow and Extract Content' button and once pressed, it will create the workflow and run the extraction together
You will see 'Poet' starting the 'Translation Workflow'
Once the workflow is created, you will see a page like this:
Press Submit Request and Confirm will take care of the rest
