The Media Library (in the left sidebar) is a central place to browse, upload, and manage your organisation's media assets and reuse them across courses — separate from each course's own asset library.
Adding assets
- Upload Files — drag and drop, or click to browse. Supported: images (PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF, SVG, WEBP), video (MP4), audio (MP3, OGG, WAV), PDF, and fonts (TTF, OTF, WOFF, WOFF2).
- ZIP Import — drag and drop a ZIP; all valid assets inside are extracted.
Finding assets
Search with the search box and filter by All / Image / Video / Audio / PDF / Font.
Independent libraries
The Media Library and a course's own asset library are independent:
- Removing an asset from the Media Library does not remove it from a course that already uses it.
- Deleting an asset from a course does not remove it from the Media Library.
This lets you maintain a shared asset repository without accidentally breaking courses.
