Prerequisites: You need to have created at least one framework to assign learners to it.
Summary: Add frameworks to your job role fields to use them.
Activate your framework
To assign a framework to learners, you first need to select your framework(s) as the active frameworks. Go to Settings > Fields > Job Roles and click the pencil icon alongside either Framework 1 or Framework 2. If you do not see Job Roles in the Fields menu, job role fields are not switched on for your organisation (this can be enabled by contacting the Confirm Support Team).
You can now select which framework you'd like to use here by clicking the icon and then clicking Save.
Note: You can only ever have two frameworks active at a time.
Assigning individual learners to your framework
You assign learners to frameworks in the profile fields menu. To get here go to Users> User name >Job Roles and click on either ADD ROLE or the icon.
A slide out menu will appear and you can assign framework entities to the role.
