Introduction
This feature provides administrators with a user-friendly interface to view and manage playlists assigned to each group or workspace directly from the Groups page (shown as Groups & Workspaces when workspaces are in use). Administrators can easily navigate to the "Assigned Playlists" section and perform actions such as viewing, assigning, or unassigning playlists based on their permissions. This functionality streamlines content management by eliminating the need to access the Playlists page for these tasks.
A video demo of this functionality can be found here.

FAQ
Q: How does a customer get the feature?
A: The feature is available automatically for customers with the required permissions (ORG_CPD_ADMIN).
Q: Can customers opt-in/opt-out?
A: The feature is part of the core system and cannot be disabled. Access is controlled by permissions.
Q: Is this feature chargeable for existing customers?
A: No, this feature is included as part of the existing offering at no additional cost.
Q: Can all administrators see the "Assigned Playlists" link?
A: No, only administrators with the ORG_CPD_ADMIN permission can access the "Assigned Playlists" section.
Q: Can I assign a playlist to multiple groups simultaneously?
A: No, playlist assignments are managed individually for each group or workspace.
Q: What happens if a playlist is unassigned?
A: Unassigning a playlist removes it from the group or workspace. Whether learners lose the playlist depends on Enrollment Automation. If Enrollment Automation is off for your organisation, learners keep the playlist. If it is on, learners lose the playlist unless it is protected by the Playlist Unenrollment Behavior setting ("Preserve Enrollments") or it is also assigned to them in another way. When Enrollment Automation removes the playlist, a learner who has completed some of its learning experiences, or who was assigned some of them directly, also keeps the playlist, and it is marked as complete. It can be reassigned if necessary.
Q: How soon do changes take effect for learners?
A: The change to the group or workspace is saved straight away. The change to each learner's playlists is processed in the background, so learners may not see it immediately.
