- Active Users - all users currently active on at least one Learning Experience within the organization, including email address and total number of active Learning Experiences
A user is active when their account has not expired and they are enrolled on at least one Learning Experience that has started and has not closed, and that enrolment has not expired. To download the list, select Export CSV. The file has each user's name, username, email address and organisation reference, the total number of their active Learning Experiences, and the names of those Learning Experiences.
- Enrolments - total user progress in Learning Experiences. For example, total points, the total number of comments completed, and total number of levels completed etc.
To export the Enrolments report, optionally choose a Learning Experience and a Group, then select Export CSV. In the panel that opens, use Filter by to choose Start Date or Completion Date, set the From and To dates, and select Export CSV again. The dates are required and, by default, cover the last month. The file includes only the enrolments inside the date range, and it follows the Learning Experience and Group choices on the page. The file includes the Groups column only if you tick Show Groups. This option can significantly increase export times.
- Mandatory - shows information about all instances of a learner being assigned a mandatory learning experience in your organization.
- Learning Experiences - Provides top-level statistics across multiple Learning Experiences within an organization level. For example, the number of enrolees in a Learning Experience, the number of enrolees to finish a Learning Experience, etc.
The report lists each Learning Experience with its alias, enrolments, completions, levels, objects, comments, contributions and linked groups. Use the Groups drop-down to count only the members of one group in the enrolments, completions, comments and contributions columns. Select Export CSV to download the list. The file has the same counts as the page for the group you chose.
- Groups - Shows all the groups within the organization, their total number of members, tutors and the names of their linked Learning Experiences.
Select Export CSV to download the list of groups.
