The opportunities page shows learners which projects, vacancies, and internal or external roles would suit them based on their skills profile.
In each tab the learner will see a matching score alongside each role. The matching score shows to what extent they already meet the requirements for the job. When they click on the role, they'll see further details of the relevant skills they have and the relevant skills they are lacking:
The different tabs
| My Roles | Shows the role(s) that you currently have, as assigned via job roles. Click here to read more about roles in the LXP. |
| Market roles | Shows general roles that come from job advertisements on the market. You can use them to find roles that could be development targets and that you have not yet considered. |
| Company tabs | Your organisation can set up its own tabs and choose the name of each tab. Each tab shows the roles that your organisation sets up for it. |
| Deleted roles | Shows roles that have been deleted. |
Rating opportunities
Learners can rate the roles that they're shown by clicking the within it:
This helps the algorithm learn what they are interested in and what is relevant to their skill set.
Follow roles
If the learner presses the Follow button alongside a role, it will appear in the Followed roles section of their Profile overview page. Click here to read more about the profile overview page.
They also influence the recommendations that are shown on the Recommendations page (click here to read more). It particularly recommends content related to skills that the learner is missing but are required by roles that they follow.
