Summary: Use the sidebar of the LX menu to find and change various settings.
You can access a list of all the LXs on your LXP by going to Admin > Learning Experiences. From this list you can also archive or delete LXs. Select the check box of each LX that you want to change, then click Archive or Delete under the list and confirm. Archive closes the LX. You can only archive or delete the LXs that your permissions let you change. To copy an LX, click the Duplicate Learning Experience icon in its row. In the window that opens, choose the destination and enter a name, a start date and a close date. Then select any of Tags, Certificate, Email Templates and "Archive original Learning Experience" that you want, and click Save.
When you click on each LX, you're taken to its menu.
This first screen that you see is the Dashboard which shows you the latest activity on your LX (comments and user contributions) and a few graphs indicating how learners are progressing.
In the left hand sidebar you'll see the various different sections of the LX menu:
Dashboard: Information about learners’ interactions in the LX.
Settings: Includes the settings you added when creating the LX along with additional settings.
Linked Groups: View and edit groups that have been linked to the LX, as well as add new linked groups.
Manage Content: Add, view and edit the content. If it's an "Undertake an online course" you can edit the levels, objects and gates.
Fields: View and apply custom fields to the learning experience.
Skills Builder: Associate skills with the learning experience. (Don't see this option? Speak to your Account Manager or the Support Team about this functionality).
Enrolments: View current users and groups enrolled on the LX, and enrol new users and groups onto the LX.
Moderation: Moderate the comments and contributions added by your learners. Under Moderation, Flagged Content lists the items that learners have reported. Each flag is Active, Cleared or Upheld, and you can filter the list by status. Click the eye icon on a flag to see the item. Click Clear to keep the item and mark the flag as Cleared. Click Delete to remove the item and mark the flag as Upheld. To preview a flagged object or an object on the objects page, click its name. On the comments page, click Remove this comment to remove a comment, or click Export CSV to download the comments of the LX. If a comment has replies, the replies stay and the text of the comment is replaced with a notice that it was removed.
Reports: View the leaderboard for the LX and view reports based on levels and groups. This section can also include Social Intelligence (on LXP Pro only), Object Progress, Completions and Completed Attempts. Which of these you see depends on your report permissions.
Emails: Email options relating to the LX, including inviting users to the course and setting up scheduled emails.
Roles: View and assign roles for the LX.
Front End: view the LX in the front end of the LXP. You’ll need to enrol yourself or set the course to “allow self-enrol” to do this.
