Translation and AI Settings can now be centrally managed at the global level across your entire WorkRamp platform.
Translations
Under Settings > Enterprise > General, you will find a section titled Guide Translations which has a toggle to make Translations available for all your Guides.
Enable / Disable AI
To manage AI Assist and the Guide Personalization options, navigate to Settings > Enterprise > AI Settings. The Enable AI Globally setting applies to all users within your account and is enabled by default. Here you can manage your AI Guide Personalization Settings that will apply to all of your Guides.
AI Search Answers
This setting will enable AI-Powered Answers to search queries performed by Learners from the Learner Search, Advanced Search and Chrome Extension.
This setting will be DISABLED by default - an Admin must enable the function before Learners will start seeing answers provided in search queries.
If enabled, the application will determine if the search query meets criteria to respond with an answer, and will provide an answer in the search results, along with the supporting content that was used to generate the answer.
Answers will only leverage content within WorkRamp, that the Learner has access to - meaning this search result takes into account Groups, Library access, etc. to ensure the Learner is only receiving relevant responses. Hallucinations are mitigated by leveraging RAG framework and limiting the scope of the content used to only WorkRamp content.
Data Retention
By default, the data retention period for your account's chat history is 30 days. If you would like to shorten this period, enter in the number of days that you would like the data to be retained for. For example, entering 1, will delete all of your AI chat history after 1 day.

The LLM API is SOC 2 Type 2 compliant.
AI Model Selection
You now have the ability to change which LLM (Large Language Model) you wish to use for Guide Creation and AI Assist Text Creation purposes.
Simply select whichever model your organization prefers, and moving forward, any AI-generated Guides or AI Assist text will use the selected model for the output.

Security Best Practices
WorkRamp will always take every possible measure to ensure that our use of AI and your data remain secure, but there are best practices that should followed when using WorkRamp's AI enhanced features:
Avoid inputting unnecessary personal identification info (SSN, financial information, health information, etc.)
Review any information you get from an AI tool before publishing it (fact checking, checking for coherence, etc.)
Avoid disclosing unnecessary sensitive or confidential company information, including personal information about employees or vendors
Follow your organization’s policies for using AI at work. Stay up to date with the latest training and guidance provided by your company
